Zantedeschia aethiopica #2

(L.) Spreng. 1826

It differs from the typical form in brown lower part of petioles, and it's taller, up to 1 m with an inflorescence.

My plants spend the summer dry on a balcony and usually in October I take them home and repot.
In 2005 it bloomed in September. When it blooms outdoors the peduncles are not so tall.
In December, after repotting it bloomed again, there were 3 mature plants and all of them bloomed.
The leaves are more narrow than in the pure species, blades much thicker and darker.
The petioles are thick, the lower half is brown.
The peduncle is flattened at one side.
The spathe venation. There is no distinct midrib.
The inflorescences usually appear at the same time, they last 2-3 weeks.
My plants always bloom in late autumn at home.
The male flowers produce a lot of pollen.
I pollinate the other inflorescences, but never had any fruits.
The spadix with removed pollen.
The male part is intensively yellow, almost orange.
