A medium size species. It belongs to the section Franchetiana.

2003

It's easy to recognize by its tubers, because they're pink.	A night before the first bloom.
The inflorescence appears before the leaf or together with it. Its smell resembles roses.
Side view.	The male flowers.
Two weeks after the bloom it put up the leaf.	Next week it was fully unfolded. 30x30 cm.

2005

In 2004 it didn't bloom, in 2005 it started in the middle of June.
Like in 2003, the inflorescence had only male flowers.

2006-2009

In 2006 it didn't even produce a half of leaf. In 2007 I was sure it died, no leaf at all. It was growing in a very dry place.	In 2008 it produced a single entire-bladed leaf so I began to water and fertilize it every day. In 2009 it produced large leaves again and I kept fertilizing it.
