Arisaema triphyllum ssp. quinatum

It's growing in my garden since 2003.
In 2004 it had 2 leaves,
the first one had 2 leaflets, the other 4.
In 2005 it had one strangely formed leaf, in 2006 again a smaller one. It seems not to grow at all.
The leaves in 2010
The plant in 2011.
In 2012 it finally bloomed. The spathe was about 8 cm tall.
There are 2 tubers in the ground and you can see this is not A. triphyllum
