Scindapsus pictus

Photos posted here show S. pictus 'Argyraeus',
the leaf pattern is more distinct than in the pure species.
This difference is variable depending on conditions, there's no need to regard it as a cultivar.

The leaves are dark green with silver spots, The lower side is pale green
