Anubias barteri var. glabra

N.E. Brown 1901

Native to the western equatorial Africa. It reaches 15-35 cm of height.
It was formerly named Anubias lanceolata N.E. Br. 1901.

Bought in November 2011, like all other Anubias plants that I bought, it was kept underwater in the shop.
When it dried I could see the venation. It is different in young and adult leaves.	View from the underside.
