This is a cross of A. longiloba 'Watsoniana' × A. sanderiana.
This name may be deceiving, because no Alocasia grow in the Amazon forests.
The name comes from the Amazon nursery, where it was brought into cultivation about the year 1950.
Some prefer to call it Alocasia 'Amazonica', because its parentage is doubtful.
